'Localização perfeita! Dentro da cidade antiga de Kotor ! Perto da estação de ônibus que utilizei vindo de Dubrovinik. Gostei do meu quarto , porém eu escutava tudo que se passava na rua . O Hotel necessita colocar janelas anti ruído. Quarto amplo e bem decorado. Só senti falta de um serviço de arrumação de quarto. '

'Our stay at Villa Gracia was exceptional. Lilliana, the owner of the property and the host was very friendly & welcoming, and her recommendations for good restaurants nearby, or places to visit in Budva were really good! 'Wir standen vor geschlossenen Türen, haben angerufen, es wurde uns zugesichert dass in 5 Minuten jemand fürs Check-in kommt. Nach 45 Minuten haben wir nochmals versucht alle 3 vorhandenen Nummern anzurufen: es ging keiner mehr ran. Wir mussten uns kurzfristig ein neues Hotel suchen. Die Nachricht des Betreibers: es wäre besser wir suchen uns ein neues Hotel, die Mitarbeiterin sei kurzfristig im Krankenhaus und er im Ausland.'

'This hotel was like a little apartment. I had my own kitchen, with dishes and cookware. a large bed and a nice bathroom. The hotel was quiet. And being right on the bay offered excellent views. They have a little area on the bat with chairs and tables where you could sit and have a drink or morning coffee. Downtown Kotor can get packed, but this area is not crowded. 'De ligging is werkelijk fantastisch, uitzicht aan de achterzijde direct aan Skadar Lake. Het personeel is ontzettend aardig. De huisjes helaas vreselijk. Vies, deprimerend. ‘Strandje’ bij het huisje echt vies, olie in het water. Ligging aan zeer drukke doorgaande weg. Trein rijdt ook ‘s nachts door. Bedden slecht.'

'Our family of 5 absolutely loved our stay here! A haven of peace & tranquility with stunning views, 2 fabulous pools, comfortable bungalows & to top it off the family owners & their staff are fantastic! I would highly recommend.. thank you so much, we will be back!'

'Great position, especially with a balcony sea view. Room was clean and everything was working fine. Close to a few good restaurants and only a few steps to the gorgeous sea. Downside, there was a mild cigarette smoke smell throughout the lobby and often in my room (I am a little sensitive to it though). Thank you for a nice stay. '

'Nicolas and Andreas were the perfect hosts and constantly went above and beyond to make sure we had a lovely stay. The apartment was clean, modern and spacious and getting the golf cart to and from the beach meant that we were only ever 2 minutes from the sea.'

"The hotel is located near Kotor, and has a private beach and two outdoor pools. Dinner was mediocre and overpriced. Breakfast was limited but it was possible to order, which is nice. Coffee was lousy. The offer parking but it’s expensive, however you don’t have many alternatives for parking your car. In general, Kotor and cars are a problem. If you want to visit Kotor, it’s best to walk, which will take 40 min. The hotel could consider offering bikes, steps or maybe even a water taxi! But that’s not part of their service, which is a missed opportunity."
