'Stayed there with my extended family for 3 days and had great time. Property was exactly like it was shown and located very nice and beach was just 5 minutes walk. Kitchen was well stocked and lots of things to do for everyone. Giving 4 rating because couple of drawbacks - room with bunk bed had a ceiling fan which was a hazard specially for kids, no dish washer. Everything else was great, the host Rick stopped by and fixed couple of minor things. Overall great stay.'

'Good space. Beach is just down the street. Many restaurants walking distance. To note, waterfront patio featured is not just outside the rental. Not far to go but it, and the beach, are not pet friendly.'

'This home as was unique and as gorgeous as we had hope for! Right on the canal where we fished with a lot of luck. Lots of fish..Ducks ..turtles. seagulls..and even a muskrat. House was clean and smelled great. Beds are comfy and cozy..and we all slept great with the central AC. They have a range of board games such as SORRY...Monopoly..Scrabble etc. The view is amazing from both the deck and the balcony. The neighborhood is clean and in the heart of downtown near ice cream...

'This was our 40th year vacationing at Sylvan Beach. Our first year was at the Oneida and several years since. We have witness many remodels of the property over the year. We enjoy the location and the access to the beach. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is well stocked. Unfortunately, there is a major issue with the upstairs shower leaking into the downstairs bathroom, making the floor dangerous and flooding the light fixture and making it short out. I would recommend that more towel fixtures...

'We stayed here over the holidays with our extended family (4 adults, 2 teens, 2 dogs).The property was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the 2 living areas on either side of the kitchen and proximity to the beach and businesses in Slyvan Beach. We did have a few hiccups: 1) the property was advertised as having 4 BR, including 1 king, 1 queen, 1 double ("full") bed, and 1 bunk plus twin, but the "queen" bed was really a double/full and was very uncomfortable for the 2 grown adults who ended up...

'Space heaters everywhere, kitchen light and dishwasher were broken but it didnt detour from our trip much. Probably would be better to stay here in the summer. The host was very communicative. '

'This is our second year coming to this property for our winter family meetup and we love it! It has a great living area for our group of 8 people (4 adults, 4 teens). It’s comfortable, clean, and well situated. Highly recommend.'

'My family came there from MD for our father’s funeral and the location was perfect. The house was just perfect. Loved that we all had our room with tv and full kitchen and comfortable living room for hanging out. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in town.'
