'The upstairs bedroom ceiling was very low. Anyone over 5'7" could hit their head and there was no a/c or tv.there. Backyard was very nice. Community was nice but pool was not free. I would not rent here again.'

'Me and my wife celebrated our anniversary at Endless Summer beach house and it was the greatest decision we've ever made. Initially, we were planning to go to Boracay but decided to go on a quick trip to Batangas, we are so happy to find this hidden gem! 'Rooms are clean and spacious. You can really sleep comfortably with their clean linens. You can bring in and cook food . Lacking kitchen appliances though like kettle, microwave , oven toaster. Cooking stove we had has 1 burner working, the other is useless :( That was time consuming working on a single burner. 'This is my second time staying here, but I'm sad to say that the rooms I got this time were a little dated and smelled like mold (both of them). I booked two rooms, and the other room had a working aircon, but unable to turn off or adjust settings. I even bought new batteries for the remote. SMCO representative was nice and helpful, but I felt weird leaving the room keys in a locker with NO LOCK. what if someone stole the keys and cleared out the room? Will I be responsible for that?...
