'Let me start off by saying that the host, NK, was excellent. They responded quickly to all questions and concerns. They were very accommodating. 'We had a mixed bag during the week. For the beginning of the week it was my wife, myself and my daughter. She was required to work mid week so we were alone for a couple of days to relax in the afternoon sun. It was great. Toward the end of the week the house filled up with my brother and his wife, my niece, husband and baby and their dog. 'The property owner never gave me access to the house and she never answered my calls or vrbo couldn't even contact her we had purchased food to cook while we stay there from 12/27/22 to 12/30/22 so all our groceries went bad then vrbo tried to put us in a hotel and there system was down so we contacted friends to send us money for hotel stay and food..this was one of the worst experiences ever'
