'It is really a very nice house. Coffee pot was dirty, few towels, and one had paint on it. Spiders everywhere - including the bed. Shower needed scrubbing. New carpeting and painted recently, but needs much better house cleaning.'

'This place has literally everything you can ask for when staying on Clearlake. So much space for a large family and for having others over for a BBQ. I asked my group what is one negative thing and they could not think of anything. We will be staying every year going forward this is our place. One major advantage is that the rental company for lake toys is right next door. We had the best time staying at this house. I have rented a lot of places over the years and this was by far the best one.'

'We just loved the view and the spent a lot of time in the back yard area enjoying the pool and the Jacuzzi. Steve was very helpful giving the lay of the land and giving us ideas about what to do and where to eat during our stay. The beds were comfortable and the house was very well stocked. We were three people over 60 so we didn’t use the up stairs much, but would be great for a couple of families with kids. I fished right off the dock and did well with some bass. 'Beautiful home with an amazing view! The birds were spectacular!! The home was very very comfortable, clean, and roomy for my family of seven adults and two pups. Very easy to check in and out. Didn't get to use the lake, but there is a beautiful pier and dock. Fully stocked kitchen with double ovens, kitchen aid, and great gas stove. You will love this stay!'

'The washer and dryer was a plus. All was as advertised and the property worked well for my business trip. Walking distance to the water and restaurants, I would stay here again.'

'The house is very large, well maintained and stocked with everything you may need. The hosts were very responsive to requests. There was a wine/treat basket and personal note waiting for us on arrival and instructions on how to use everything. Surrounded by beautiful vineyards and located near many wineries and event venues.
