'Beautiful property, great location. Would definitely book again'

'This is a breathtaking property inside and out. The unit was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. This building is in the perfect location, just outside of the hustle and bustle of Tamarindo, but close enough to walk in to all the restaurants and shops if you want to. There is direct access to the beach in either direction for miles and the heated pool was a nice touch at the end of every day. An amazing property!'

Ceiling fan on main porch still not working. Last year had bird nest which has been removed, still unable to turn on. Bedroom with twins did not cool properly. Did not request repairs for these issues as not that big of a problem. Dishwasher leaked, mgmt. did send someone, but was not able to repair. Would...

'I would give this property 10 stars if that was an option. The suite and property is well taken care of and in an excellent location. Security is excellent and very friendly. Upon arrival we were greeted with a lovely bottle of wine, a fresh bag of Costa Rica coffee and a nice welcome note. Paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent were supplied. 'The condo unit was actually bigger than well I thought it would be based on pictures. The master bedroom is large with a large window overlooking the pool and a partial view of the ocean. The two guest bedrooms are well appointed. Both bathrooms met all our needs. The kitchen was a good size with all amenities supplied.
