'Our group was 12 people.. 6 adults, 6 kids (boys, ages 10-16). We had an absolute blast! The house is in a great location. The view from the kitchen window and deck is so beautiful. The boys had plenty of space in the yard to play catch, soccer, and football. They loved the kayaks, paddle boat, and row boat. The hot tub was a hit for everyone.
