'From first appearance, this hotel seems to be clean and fancy. Upon further inspection and a one night stay, there were cockroaches in the room, breakfast was minimal and when scrambled eggs were requested, the staff did not seem to be receptive in taking care of the guests’ needs. Needless to say, scrambled egg was not made, and guest left the dinning area hungry and angry (hangry.)'

'Excellent service during check-in and checkout. The property manager went out of the way to arrange taxis for us when we were finding it difficult to get app rides. Not only that, he even volunteered to drive us to the airport, which was five minutes away when our app ride canceled at the last moment and we were getting late for the flight. He insured a delightful stay for us in every possible way.'
