'Very cute place in a lovely neighborhood. Bathroom is small but very functional and the patio out front was really nice. 2 dogs living in main house were sweet and affectionate. Would definitely stay here again! Very nice. A tiny odor from carpet (I think) when we arrived but was not bad at all. '

'het verblijf bij Rachel was prima , heerlijk rustig poolhouse met een fijn zwembad en heerlijke jacuzzi die snel lekker warm is . zwembad niet gebruikt omdat het nog vroeg in het seizoen was en nog niet verwarmd . bed boven was prima , ,maar niet groot , sofabed was minder comfortabel en neemt alle ruimte beneden in beslag. douche was echt heel klein zoals de vorige reviews aan aangaven . verder was alles aanwezig ; grote koelkast en mooi fornuis met oven . magnetron , blender , toaster ,...

'Our very good friend drove from Iowa to meet us at this little slice of paradise. We stayed in the guest house and the accommodations were absolutely perfect. As good as the inside was the outside was over the top- from amazing views, crystal clear pool, and the large fire pit. Jack took amazing care of and had some great stories. Thanks a million for sharing your lovely retreat with us we hope to come back soon!'

'This was a lovely place to stay and was close to Universal which made it very easy for us to drive there. The entrance to the property was nice and private and the guest home is very cozy. '

'The property owner doesn’t miss a single thing! Having everything a beachside rental should have, and all in good condition, makes the day fun. A gorgeous walk street and a perfect parking spot in the back. Two blocks to the beach and boardwalk, two-three blocks to just about everywhere. The rental is charming and 100% recommended.'

'The property had an ant problem that was known about since there was already ant poison in the cabinet. There was construction either on the property or adjacent that was not communicated prior to the stay. Informing the property manager about these things offended him. Since it was a last minute booking doesnt qualify for a refund and VRBO is no help, the entire amount paid gone because we had to book another property and eat the loss!
