'This house was super clean and had plenty of bedding and linens for everyone. The kitchen was stocked well, and there was ample seating for meals. We do wish there was a larger gathering place for everyone to sit together, but other than that, the house was perfection! '

Great host and communication from them. Will definitely stay here again. The hot tub made it so worth it after a long day of hiking.'

'Fantastic new property. Close enough to Capitol Reef for day visits. Owner was very responsive. The only downside was the AC/heater unit is outside the master and is a bit loud.'

'Mia was fantastic and easy to communicate with, she was such a help. The house is exactly as listed, it worked out great for 2 adult couples. Two similar bedrooms upstairs with the bathroom in between, everyone is equal. The kitchen was stocked with EVERYTHING, living room cozy, and great views out of every window. Out of our four nights, we only had one good for stargazing, but it's PERFECT for it!'

'We enjoyed staying in this house. It had everything that we needed. The house is very roomy. We liked how it had a separate den for the kids to watch TV. The trees around the house make for a very cozy feeling. It is situated near several National Parks, as well as the Grand Staircase National Monument.'

'The felt like a home I wished we had. It was so comfortable and the little extras, treats, just made it more wonderful. The location is nice, away from the highway with a view of the mountains. Tops our list of places to stay.'
