With an open floor plan, a vast common area, and large bedrooms with private ensuites, the property is perfect for large groups to celebrate any occasion. A spacious fenced-in patio with a built-in grill, pool, hot tub, and fire pit provides everything needed to host pool parties, cookouts, and bonfires. Inside, guests can hang out by the fireplace, get ahead of work in the private office casita, or watch a movie in the theater room between rounds of billiards.
Just 60 miles from San Diego and 75 miles from Los Angeles, Temecula is known for its award-winning wineries, championship golf courses, beautiful climate, and rolling hills. The Temecula Valley Balloon & Wine Festival attracts visitors for its live entertainment, hot air balloon rides over the vineyards and wine tastings from some of the 40+ wineries in the area. In the heart of the city, Old Town offers enticing artisanal cuisine in a historic backdrop dating back to the 19th century.

Parking Details:
A maximum of 13 cars can park onsite.
Street parking on Pauba Road is prohibited and cars will be towed.
Home Truths:
- We do not allow bookings that are less than 24 hours from check-in.
- Pool/Spa heat is a paid feature and needs to be requested 48 hours in advance before the day of check-in.
- Pool with spa heat is just $250 per day, plus tax.
- SPA heat alone is $100 per day plus tax.
- Pool/SPA heat fee should be paid for your entire stay.
- Please note: Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (May - September).
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- ATVs and dirt bikes are not allowed on the property.
- Our putting green comes with mini golf putters. Please only use these putters on the green. Metal putters are not allowed, as they can damage the surface of the green.
- The vineyards are off-limits to guests.
- Absolutely no exterior amplified music or there will be a $500 fine
- Please note: The pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time. More information will be provided in the guest manual upon your arrival.
- Due to the remote location of our properties guests may experience unannounced power outages.
- Wedding Ceremonies and Receptions are not allowed at this home.
- All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, & 924).
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens are provided in the master closet
- Riverside county has a strict “no burn” civil code. All wood-burning fires throughout the property are strictly prohibited.
- The hot tub/spa/jacuzzi has a max temperature of 104° for safety reasons.
- Please note that we do not heat the in-ground spa prior to guest arrival.
- Please note that you must be at least 25 years old to book this home.
This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
