'Fantastic hotel with great staff. We loved staying here and were even picked as “VIP of the day”, which meant a free cocktail for both of us and a platter of fruits in the room upon arrival, just awesome. We had a really good stay and enjoyed ourselves to the fullest when in the hotel. Would absolutely stay here again, even though parking is a nightmare. Just some feedback for the hotel: please make the bathrooms a more “enclosed” part of the room including the sink.'

'6 days in tenerife with my wife and 2 children (3 & 6 year old) very nice hotel with perfect accomodation (aquapark!) for a relax stay. also the other swimming pools are seperated from the aquaparc, which allows you to switch between a more 'adult only' area and the 'children first area' at the aquaparc. (seldom I've seen this) the room was also a perfect fit with a first part for the children , seperated by bathroom/halway from the part for my wife and myself. overall, a very nice stay !'

'Wat een heerlijk resort! Alles klopt. Vriendelijk personeel die je altijd vriendelijk groeten en helpen. Alles zit erbij, tot aan je vaatwassertabletten en koffiecups aan toe. Heerlijk terras met ligstoelen, loungeset en eettafel. Twee heerlijke gedeelde zwembaden. Eentje bij de bar en de andere wat rustiger. Je betaalt wat, maar dan heb je ook echt wat. Aanrader.'

'Nice hotel with good facilities. The room was nice, with an excellent bed and excellent shower, though could use some maintenance, especially the solarium rooftop. For a longer stay a proper fridge in stead of a minibar would also be useful. We appreciated the Nespresso machine and the good quality toiletries. Breakfast is above average. There is a lot of choice though it varies in quality. From excellent bread, cold cuts and pastries to cold coffee, cold pancakes and excessive mushy scambled...
