'A beautiful weekend away for my wife and I for our wedding anniversary. The Old Mill is a fantastic place to stay. Very warm and welcoming staff, lovely and clean rooms. Well thought out decor. Excellent food choice and plenty of it on your plate. Will definitely be staying again and recommend to others. '

'Room was sad, courtyard view was grim dead pigeon and bird poop everywhere. Went for a takeaway bacon sandwich for breakfast which was slices of kingsmill and 3 slices on bacon. Croissant was good so went back for another which was stale. Coffee was fresh. Shower was new but zero pressure been better with a kids beach watering can. light was flickering.'

'A lovely welcome to a lovely, remote Old Mill house..! The place is beautiful but needs a little TLC which works are being carried out now. The room was OK, big enough but a very cold bathroom - no heat in there at all.. The bed was old & creaky but clean & we slept OK. Tea & Coffee in the room. Bar area and breakfast was first class - always served with a smile. Open fire in bar area made it very cosy. We would stay again. Would love to see the place a little busier which I'm sure it will be...

'Fabulous country Hotel down a twisty lane. Very welcoming Staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely room comfortable bed. Big bathroom with walk in shower .Nice big restaurant and bar plenty to choose from the menu portions are very big tho. Breakfast was good . Highly recommend this hotel good value.'

Always dirty dishes, dirty pots, dirty glasses, etc. Room was comfortable, bit put together with old furniture. For the cost, I guess is OK, but a little scrubbing goes a long way specially the kitchen. Or just keep kitchen out of the offering.'
