'Excellent experience lovely stay away with friends. Great customer service under difficult circumstances due to weather phones not working and power cuts. Staff handled it very well. A few drawbacks though for a Hotel with this many stars no bottled water in the room and the rooms were quite cool '

'The staff are friendly but I had an issue with the shower being lukewarm to cold which was very disappointing when you stay at a hotel. I didn’t have a shower because the water was not warm enough. The food is good. On my previous stay the shower was just fine but at this time wasn’t and they didn’t offer to change rooms as they didn’t rectify the problem. '

'We stayed in the family room and it was brilliant! We had so much space even though there were 5 of us in it. The kids absolutely loved the bunk bed! The pool was great especially the baby pool as it was lovely and warm for the baby. Breakfast was super, and staff very friendly. Would highly recommend '

'Lovely hotel with great views. The room was large, bed large and very comfy, and bathroom large and well equipped. We didn't get a chance to go to the spa but had a pleasant walk around the grounds which are well sign-posted.'

'Arrived earlier than expected and we were greeted by friendly cheerful staff who checked to see if our room was ready. To our delight the room was ready and we were able to check in.
