'The room I viewed when I booked, looked nothing like the room I received. The window was beautiful but only had a view of the next building (could not see a thing else). Like because of the shape you couldn’t even see the motion of downtown Boston. We had to request new face towels as soon as we got to the room, the ones already in the bathroom looked a little dirty. Other than that the hotel is beautiful. Staff are very welcoming! Valet was amazing even in the cold! '

'Het hotel is centraal gelegen in het centrum van Boston. Op loopafstand van winkels, een autoverhuurbedrijf en diverse restaurantjes. Het ontbijt in het hotel is duur. De service is geweldig, op de ontvangst bij aankomst na. Wij moesten wachten tot onze kamer vrij was en de receptioniste was niet erg vriendelijk. Verder is het personeel ( van kamermeisje tot portier) enorm dienstverlenend en servicegericht. Het is zeker een aanrader om dit hotel te boeken!'

'The main toilets in the lobby & cafe were not clean. Breakfast during the week is served in the cafe not the restaurant. They have no plates & cutlery, use disposables only, feels like eating in a loud airplane. 'There are better options in Boston. There was no fridge in the room, there is a coffee machine in the room but only tea available, the coffee place downstairs was always very crowded and has limited breakfast options (good pastries though). Staff was ok but didn’t bother asking how the stay was, and on the last day there were 3 hotel doormen at the front entrance but still a person managed to get in and bother us in the lobby. Positives: good bed, shower, quiet rooms'

'I would be hard pressed to come up with anything not great about this hotel. Absolutely great ambiance, great staff, and high standards. All of Boston's sights are within minutes walking, so I did not even needed to use the complimentary (!) Lexus Limousine service that would have dropped me off anywhere in Boston. I can recommend this Hotel to everyone that seeks a place to unwind after an intense day of business meetings.'
