'Helpful staff and easy access to everything. '

'Room was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpfull and location couldn'thave been more perfect. The bathroom however, was an issue...no water pressure in the shower, conditioner hanging in the shower, was either broken or empty and the toilet was so low that I almost dislocated my hip revision. I don't really need a handicap accessible room but I guess I should have requested one. We didn't eat here after considering the limited options.'

'The property is in impeccable shape as was our room. Staff is very courteous and helpful. The green and orange T lines are within short walking distance. A number of great places to eat from casual to fine dining. I would certainly stay at this property in the future. '

'I had a great stay at HI Boston. It exceeded my expectations. The complementary breakfast is a plus, they have yoghurt, bread and bagels. A good place to meet new people. A big kitchen with everything that you need to cook your own meal. The staff is very helpful and they keep everything clean. Good neighbourhood. One small thing was the temperature of the room it was really cold. But the reception is open 24h so I got an extra blanket and they would check it out. '
