'Stayed here for two nights. Everything was great. Room was convenient to everything in Boston and the check in and out went smooth. Owner even called to check if everything was ok. Definitely would recommend. '

'We went to Boston for a weekend getaway. We were checked into a room smaller than what we’d reserved due to their error (they claimed it was a computer error). By the time we got the reservation untangled and were unpacked in our correct room it was 1am, and we were so exhausted from the check in fiasco that we slept in the next day and missed most of what we had planned, so we basically lost our weekend. And then, after confirming a late check-out at 2pm, the staff started knocking at the door...

'I had a great stay at HI Boston. It exceeded my expectations. The complementary breakfast is a plus, they have yoghurt, bread and bagels. A good place to meet new people. A big kitchen with everything that you need to cook your own meal. The staff is very helpful and they keep everything clean. Good neighbourhood. One small thing was the temperature of the room it was really cold. But the reception is open 24h so I got an extra blanket and they would check it out. '

'Een beetje afgelegen van het centrum. Met geen metro in de buurt. Wel dicht bij Logan Airport. Het is een uitstekend hotel al is de vloerbedekking in de kamers alweer wat te oud. '

'This Yotel doesn’t serve a proper breakfast. In addition, the airco engine is in a cupboard just near your bed. Every four, five minutes you hear two loud ticks, and then the engine starts running. I’v measured the loudness of the noise, well over 60 db. This is not acceptable, by any standard!'
