'The only complaint I had isn’t about the hotel itself but the surrounding areas. A lot of shops weren’t signed correctly and have outdated ones. My brother and I walked about 15-40 minutes from our hotel to two separate boba shops. One was closed and the other was completely shut down despite advertising that it was still in business on Apple Maps. Despite that the staff, ppl in general, and the shops that were accessible were great!'

'Love the location. Staff are always friendly and rooms are always clean. Decor has touches that make the rooms feel more like home and less like a hotel. Beds are comfortable. Nice breakfast. Balconies are very private. You do need to be prepared for some of the bathrooms to be quite small, but they are clean and have good water pressure and plenty of hot water. '
