'It was great, clean en in a great area close to Shinjuku station. The only downside is that you have to constantly move your stuff from your locker to every place, but that just comes with it. Other than that, the restroom area gets pretty busy in prime times so you might have to wait a little while. That being said, it's great for the price and the capsules are very big! And you can charge with a USB cable.'

'Wonderful self service check in. Immaculate bathrooms, showers, and sleep capsules. Those who complain about the lockers, I have to ask how did you manage to get yourself to Shinigawa if you have trouble opening a locker with a QR coded keycard?! Morons. Great capsule hotel but lots of snorers but that’s not the property’s fault. Better sound insulation between the capsules would be the only improvement I would consider worthwhile…everything else is excellent.'

'This was a fantastic hotel. Reception staff was very helpful and the room was extremely nice. We ended up having a kitchenette and washing machine in the room which were huge bonuses. My family of four stayed and we were very comfortable, the room was quiet, and after we left my kids wouldn’t stop talking about how much they missed that room. I’d very highly recommend staying here. '
