'The little cabin at Electric Peak exceeded our expectations. The location is stunning and so close to Yellowstone. We regularly saw elk nearby and had a family of deer visit the property each evening. My kids were absolutely enchanted! Todd, our host, was super responsive and friendly! The cabin is well stocked and cozy. Perfect for boardgames and movies after a long day of exploring the park.'

'The overall effect of this little cabin is so much greater than the sum of its parts. Once you figure out the awkward parking situation, the detached laundry room, and finicky heating & cooling, the rest of your time will be some of the best you've ever had. Mountain King has one of the best balconies in the entire world, I'm willing to wager, and walking straight into Yellowstone Park was one of the coolest wildlife experiences I've had. 'Great rustic setting! Clean and well stocked with cooking basics. BBQ was awesome so we didn’t have to cook inside. Gas stove made it super comfy on our second chilly night. Only suggestion would be better light. It’s quite dark even during daylight hours with lights on. Great parking. Road was bery washnoardy to get there. Slow going. A nice addition would be a picnic table out by the creek. Lovely home for 2 couples. '

'Slapen in de tipi is een leuke ervaring. De omgeving is mooi. Alleen vonden wij dat de tenten er op de foto’s veel mooier uitzagen dan in het echt. Dan is de €340 voor 1 nacht toch eigenlijk wel veel te veel. Wat erg leuk is dat er om 20 u een kampvuur met marshmallows is. Douches en toiletten erg schoon. Personeel ook erg aardig. '

'Cabin 1 was goed verzorgd km prima eenvoudig te kunnen koken. In de kastjes waren wat spullen te vinden zoals zout en peper, maar ook was er koffie. Super handig als je op doorreis bent. Omdat het buiten -20 celcius was moest wel de lawaaierig airco heel de nacht aan. Maar dat was te verwachten. Tevens bevindt de accomodatie zich met 3 minuten auto rijden buiten Yellowstone. Ideaal !'
