'The room would have been decent if it weren’t for the leaking air conditioning, broken door handle, lack of WiFi and no curtains. There is no reception or help available at the property, and to get in contact with the host you need to call a Swiss number (which simply is not possible with my phone plan and would have been expensive either way). Upon talking to some other guests, the WiFi had been out of service for multiple days. Would not recommend.'

'Do not stay here. Simple as that. We have just had two nightmare nights. No air con and they do not tell you that there is a nightclub around the corner that thumps music until 2am with people congregating outside the property until 5am so cannot open windows as was so loud even with ear plugs still could not sleep. Room was 31 degrees. Ended up sleeping on bathroom floor. No one has had any sleep. Worst thing was we are travelling with kids and they must know this and did not warn us so we...

Mix and match items in the kitchen cabinets. Missing items don't seem to get replaced. 5 fancy kitchen knives but no cutting board. A salad strainer but not a single bowl, etc.

'La ubicación es buena, sin embargo las fotos del lugar no coinciden del todo con las habitaciones, seleccione una habitacion amplia segun la descripción y con buena iluminación y me dieron una habitación pequeña sin aire acondicionado y en temporada de verano fue imposible dormir sólo con un ventilador. Cuando llegue a realizar el check in aun no terminaban de limpiar mi habitación y tuve que esperar cerca de 45 minutos para que me entregaran.'
