'The location is excellent. The rooms are older and it starts to show. We could have used a dish brush. Why provide kitchen towels but no soape or brush. Sheets were way too short and the pillows didn't deserved that name. But as said the location is excellent you can walk easily to the main station, city center, the old town. That's something that would make me return here. '

'Excellent communication from start to finish With map and tram details to get to apartment. In a great location 2 minute walk to lake and a lovely 15 minute stroll to centre or a tram just outside. Room had everything you needed and got cleaned within our stay which doesnt normally happen in an apartment. Staff were friendly and when my travel plug didn’t work they were on hand with a spare which I could keep for whole of trip. If we ever visit Zurich again I would definitely stay here.'

The accommodations were very spacious and airy, clean and comfortable (2 bedroom luxury apartments). The private rooftop veranda was a nice bonus when not raining. Trams pass in front of the apartment making for additional ease in getting around. Train station was a 12-15 minute very easy/flat walk...
