'Our family of 5 (two adults and three kids ages 7, 7 and 3.5) really enjoyed our 4-night stay at Eagle's Nest Cottage on Lake Anna. This was our first time visiting Lake Anna. I specifically chose this rental for the amazing view, the ability to swim on the property, the kayaks and paddle boat, the queen sized bunk beds and the fact it was fully renovated. 'The cottage was very cute. It definitely could have been cleaner, as there were waxy lip prints on the bedroom window and a few dark smudges on the walls of the bedroom and bathroom. Also, it wasn’t made clear in the description that most of the one-lane, curvy road leading to the property was dirt/gravel. If it had been raining, it would have been pretty treacherous in a small car. My SUV handled it fine, but it did get very dirty. Overall, the property was quiet, comfortable and fairly well...

We started with lunch and wine at the Tasting Room and it was delicious, the staff was extremely welcoming and attentive, and the decor and grounds were really cute.
