'So it’s a “in the back of the main house” cottage. Owners living several hundred feet away. A plus for me was the interaction with the owners goats, for me it’s a selling point, but for some that might be unwanted. The way the furniture is stuck in there is not comfort or tv friendly. The tv needs put over around the wasted space under the stairs and the sitting corner made more natural. It’s a small living space that needs optimized for comfort like someone is living there.
