'The architecture was amazing. The restaurants and food offerings were good (reservations were hard to come by when they were empty). Beautiful pools and beachfront. Staff was cordial and polite. Prices for items on menus vs. charges varied, issues with the toilet and sink in the room required fixing. It seemed like a new property trying to get their bearings. But for the location, food and atmosphere, I'd go back in a heartbeat.'

'The hotel is very pretty, so are the rooms. The prices for food are ridiculous however and not very good. We ordered traditional Mexican foods and they served it with sweet sauce! And then they still dare to over charge. Also the cabs that arrive at the hotel only try to rip off tourists. '

'Worth every penny. It is tucked away in Tulum, close to some delicious restaurants. But if you never leave the hotel, you won’t be disappointed. The staff is so friendly and attentive.
