'Half house, half museum, we loved Monday Cottage! It is old, but comfortable and full of old-fashioned charm. We stayed five days and still didn't finish checking out all of the fascinating collection of books, records, pictures, ornaments and other miscellanea with which the house is filled. 'It was a great get away, wood burner and spa pool that we both loved. The only downside was that we had to search round for fire wood and ended up buying some coal. Would be a good idea to have some instructions on the spa and where the fire wood is but it was great, thanks for opening your home to us.'

Plenty of space and an absolutely stunning property with loads of interesring quirks and really helped to set the vibe for what Whanganui has to offer in terms of art and architecture.
