'Nicely layed out condo. Could use some cosmetic work. Show wear and tear. Could use paint and some updated flooring lots of scratches in laminate. Really needs a deep clean. Lots of towels and linens. Surface cleaned but base board, vent and lots of other things are not very clean. '

'This property was perfect for our family of 6 with everything you need. Comfortable beds and very good air conditioning, the 2 main things I look for in renting a place. During a week of smoke and not ideal beach condo, th e pool and hot tub were a messing for the kids. The manager, Wes, was super great and always reachable if you needed him for anything. And most helpful and kind. The kids loved walking to Dairy Queen and the Rattlesnake park every other night. Every thing was close by....
