'Een zeer mooi hotel, jammer dat de geluidsisolatie zo slecht is. Ondanks mijn kamer op de vijfde verdieping, werd ik ‘s nachts wakker van de trucks die het vuilnis ophalen en het bier leveren voor de volgende dag/nacht. Dit duurde telkens van 3 tot 5 uur.'

'This hotel is way overpriced for a 5* accommodation. Next to that the pool was closed due to renovation, while during booking they mentioned that it would be done and reopened. Most of the staff was not much attentive. Not coming back here.'

'I would be hard pressed to come up with anything not great about this hotel. Absolutely great ambiance, great staff, and high standards. All of Boston's sights are within minutes walking, so I did not even needed to use the complimentary (!) Lexus Limousine service that would have dropped me off anywhere in Boston. I can recommend this Hotel to everyone that seeks a place to unwind after an intense day of business meetings.'

'Prima verblijf op een goede locatie. Heerlijk comfortabel bed, waardoor we zo over de jetlag heen waren. Prijs-kwaliteit verhouding was goed. Enige jammere was dat er geen ontbijt was en dat het restaurant dat er was vrij prijzig was. '

'I enjoyed staying at Newbury Boston for the second time. I happened to tell Kai at check-in that it happened to be my birthday week and surprisingly there was a gorgeous petite cake in our room! Overall, the staff was very friendly and extremely professional. The gym was complete and very clean. We also had breakfast in our room birthday morning and it was delish!'

'Great location. Host of issues though to the point that i changed hotels after 1 night. The do not have smart TVs so you cannot access netflix on their TV. The property also has a "desitnation" charge of 50$ which i was told is standard for "every" hotel in Boston. Funny, swtiched to the Marriot in the North end, and they do not have this tax. Water pressure in shower is horrible. Also, the daytime manager told me from 5-7 they offer free drinks and live music. So around 6pm I decided to go to...
