'Des draps sales. Changement de chambre à 3 reprises et à chaque fois le même problème se posait, des draps utilisés et sales. L’hôtel est bien, le personnel sympathique mais la problématique des draps laisse un goût amer. L’hôtelier a promis de rembourser la moitié du prix de la chambre mais en vain. Sans nouvelles et aucune compensation à ce jour.'

'This is a lovely boutique hotel in Beacon Hill. The staff was very kind and courteous, including going above and beyond to address an issue with my first room. The team’s attention to detail coupled with the lovely property and convenient location make this an excellent option in Boston. I'

'Charged me twice for my room noticed it on my credit card twice and had to bring that to their attention. Shower malfunctioned, water turned off to our room, it was an invoncenience. They should have moved us to a different room. Poor maid service. Only came in one full time, our last day. Bistro needs to open earlier than 6:30, at least for coffee service. $15 for a breakfast sandwich? Way too overpriced as was everything else. Breakfast sandwich should cost under $10. $28 for two...

'Great place to stay, super convenient to T, clean and very comfortable and quiet. Plus very stylish for an old Fire Station'

'Een zeer mooi hotel, jammer dat de geluidsisolatie zo slecht is. Ondanks mijn kamer op de vijfde verdieping, werd ik ‘s nachts wakker van de trucks die het vuilnis ophalen en het bier leveren voor de volgende dag/nacht. Dit duurde telkens van 3 tot 5 uur.'

'Dit is een erg bijzonder hotel qua gebouw, dat maakt het al de moeite waard. De kamer is erg ruim en comfortabel en het personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik heb samen met mijn 3 kinderen er een heerlijk verblijf gehad. '

'Prima verblijf op een goede locatie. Heerlijk comfortabel bed, waardoor we zo over de jetlag heen waren. Prijs-kwaliteit verhouding was goed. Enige jammere was dat er geen ontbijt was en dat het restaurant dat er was vrij prijzig was. '

'I would be hard pressed to come up with anything not great about this hotel. Absolutely great ambiance, great staff, and high standards. All of Boston's sights are within minutes walking, so I did not even needed to use the complimentary (!) Lexus Limousine service that would have dropped me off anywhere in Boston. I can recommend this Hotel to everyone that seeks a place to unwind after an intense day of business meetings.'

'This hotel is way overpriced for a 5* accommodation. Next to that the pool was closed due to renovation, while during booking they mentioned that it would be done and reopened. Most of the staff was not much attentive. Not coming back here.'
