'Room was good and nice, clean, comfortable, good wifi, had a room on street side, is noisy when you open the door or window. Breakfast was so so, to busy and limited selection (not the Swiss way). Staff at the reception was nice and friendly. Parking for a village rather expensive. Overall we where satisfied.'

'Nice hotel, good location but… Service during breakfast was 1 morning below zero! Breakfast from 7-10:30, we were at 9:30 there and a lot of things were not there anymore, including hotel sandwiches…practically no cheese, no eggs, no pastries…. When i asked the first waiter she said…yes i go see. After 10 minutes still nothing so i asked another waiter. He also said…i go see…after again 10 minutes he came to me and said…i’m sorry only bread no more sandwiches…. Meanwhile i saw a lot of other...

'Great place very convenient for the slopes, nice design and decor, the bar area in particular has a great feel to it. The only improvements would be to add coffee making facilities in the room (this is an option for which a supplement applies - quite atypical these days), put bathrobes in the room by default (something we had to ask for) and the same for conditioner in the bathroom. Staff were outstanding and super friendly/helpful.'
