'Me and 9 friends were running the NYC marathon to benefit curechm.org and this property was a perfect jump off point for us. If I could give the owner 6 stars for communication I would. If you are like me and have heard rough stories about the Bronx, I encourage you to give it another try! This place is a great launching point for all that NYC has to offer.'

'The home looked great and the owner was easy to work with. The home was close to the train station which made it easy to visit all of NY. I would definitely stay at this home on my next NY visit. Definitely recommend. '

'Super , pret de tout. Seul probleme le stationement . New York a 40 min. En bus Super propre .'

'Wonderful property in a very quiet neighborhood 20 minutes from Metlife Stadium. Lisa provided lots of very helpful information. We used the hot tub, steam room and sauna. The decor was very nice! We would definitely stay there again as it is very close to Metlife and also very close to NYC.'

'Had a wonderful time as a family in NY. Home in Guttenberg worked great. Provided easy access to NJ Transit Bus route into the City and back. Once we figured out the routes it was very easy.'

'Overall we had a pleasant stay. The floors of the living- and bath room were not cleaned very well.'

'It was great. I took my parents for a visit. I usually don't write reviews, but the communication was prompt, and the locale was perfect. The showers either went too hot or too cold, but that's a thing with old properties anyway. Had a good enjoyable stay and will stay again. '

'This was a very cozy and comfortable place to stay for our trip to see a Yankees game. Street parking was somewhat challenging but overall, we enjoyed the accommodations.'

'We stayed for several days because the price was 1/4 the price of staying in the city. The apartment was clean and private. Parking was free and we ran in the neighborhood each morning. Everyone we met was very nice. '

'The home was in a perfect spot with lake views and is nicely close to town. We picked the home for its closeness to the rein fair and I’m so glad we did, It was wonderfully quiet and relaxing after a long day of hanging out at the rein fair !'

'Lakefront House on Greenwood Lake is awesome. We were in town to visit Watchtower Headquarters in Warwick. The house was clean and comfortable. Communication was Jody was quick. We enjoyed the lake so much! We look forward to returning again.'

"Nice hotel on great location. We had a quite room on the east side of the building. Room was nicely arranged maybe the carpet could be cleaner. Shower was nice and hot with every day clean towels and soap. Coffee and tea was supplied every day for the machine. They kept our luggage after check out in a locked room. Reception personnel was kind and helpful. "
