'Property owner was great at communicating and the house was perfect!'

'Alexis was a great host and she was super communicative and easy to reach. The house was clean and prefect size for my group of 6. Most things were stocked but I’d reach out to the host in advance so you can buy anything that isn’t ahead of time. One important thing to note is that the driveway can only fit 2 cars and there isn’t really any street parking. '

'Overall it was a decent stay. The code to get into the main bustling did not work for us so we had to call. On the 2nd and 3rd night of our stay, the fire alarms kept going off because people were smoking weed in the stairwells. The hallways overwhelmingly smelt of weed, however when the maids came to clean certain rooms, it took the smell out. We also had, I think a homeless person, get into the husking and was screaming in the stairwell one of the nights.'

'The actual apartment itself was fine. A bit tight but fine. The greatest concern was the trash that was on the roof right outside my patio. Which made you not want to sit on the patio. The other concern I had was the difficulty I had getting in touch with anyone to help or answer questions. I shouldn't have to play email-tag in order to get help. A.so, why does a representative not ,ive at or near the property? If you need more towels or theres other concerns, how do you handle that? Finally, ...

'Clean tidy close to two subway lines nice restaurants and bodegas nearby. Only one comment a kettle for tea lovers would be greatly appreciated '

'We stayed here with our 3 dogs between Christmas and New Years. It is in a gorgeous neighborhood of sprawling estate homes. This property had tons of room to spread out. The yard is HIGE and completely fenced in. The rooms are decorated with the photography work of the owner and other interesting pieces. Plenty to do on site and not too far from the city. Lisa was great and even let our dogs out to potty so we could relax traveling into the city for a show and dinner. We would love to...

'This home was just what our group of 16 needed to find rest, reconvene from the day’s activities, and prepare for all the next day’s activities. The town of Monroe was a great place to stay as it was centrally located for all the places we visited. '
