'This house worked perfectly for us. The neighborhood is quiet, the house was very clean, and had everything we needed especially the kitchen which is well stocked with utensils and cooking pots and pans. Our daughter loved having her own bedroom and bathroom on the lower level. We also enjoyed having woods behind the house and watching the deer come down every day. This is an ideal house for anyone looking to stay near Rochester and the surrounding area. '

'The property inside was nice other then hair in the shower and there was nothing for my granddaughter to play with that was listed in the description also no hot tub. The outside was fenced in which I loved but on the side of the house where I parked was filled with a lot garbage and the area wasn’t the greatest area but I managed. Now as for the host everything was great. Great communication with me. I just think the listing needs updated.'

'We were a little shocked how rundown the street is, with boarded up and condemned houses around us. Didn't really feel that safe walking around at night. The house itself was alright for us. Spacious with a large TV and comfy couch for four. The beds were quite firm, but clean. The shower barely has power. All in all OK for a day or two, to see the falls.'

'Our group consisted of adult siblings in town for a family function. Everyone liked the accommodations and the decor.
