My elderly parents stayed in the downstairs bedroom and used the downstairs bath. My family had the two bedrooms and bath upstairs. My pre-teen slept on the futon downstairs. 'We were a little shocked how rundown the street is, with boarded up and condemned houses around us. Didn't really feel that safe walking around at night. The house itself was alright for us. Spacious with a large TV and comfy couch for four. The beds were quite firm, but clean. The shower barely has power. All in all OK for a day or two, to see the falls.'

'A unique little place with character! As grandparents (who can climb the stairs!) we thoroughly enjoyed our daughter and grandson visiting us throughout the day for hanging out and dinners! Very roomy first level with greatflooring for kids to play. Large kitchen for home cooked meals too! '

'We were in town for the NCAA D3 Indoor Track & Field Nationals. The house was a perfect location and just right for our needs. We loved all of the little personal touches. We all agreed it was like staying at grandma's house, warm, cozy and comforting. It has wonderful charm and my dad was ready to move in permanently. Even had some deer pass through one night. We would most definitely recommend!! '

'THIS PLACE IS BEAUTIFUL AND SO CLEAN. MOST OF ALL VERY ROOMY NO ONE WAS ONE TOP OF EACH OTHER. AREA WAS SO PEACEFUL. THE ONLT THING I LEFT MY GLASSES BEHIND. BUT OTHER THEN THAT WE LOVED IT. '

'I think this must be a great property in the summer. I do think it should either not be rented in the winter or more actively maintained for winter conditions. I will definitely recommend to anyone but personally won’t stay here again for what might seem a minor reason- no curtains closed completely and I felt Very vulnerable and was woken up so early. '

"We smelled marihuana in the room. At first the reception employee and manager wouldn't give us another room even though we have 3 kids. Only if we would pay 300 dollar per night extra. Concierge was a great guy. Eventually they offered us a clean room without extra cost."
