Dit zeer gewilde en prachtig ingerichte appartement met 2 slaapkamers / 2 badkamers ligt in Farmington Vistas, een kleine subgemeenschap van The Plantation Golf & Country Club.

Vernieuwde, gewelfde plafonds en alle nieuwe meubels. Deze woning is perfect voor een kort uitje, langere vakantie of zaken. Alles wat je nodig hebt is ingericht, van het keukengerei tot strijkplank etc., breng je koffer maar mee.

Slaapkamer heeft kingsize bed, wastafels voor hem, haar en haar kasten en patio uit slaapkamer. Kamer heeft twee aparte bedden. De foto's zeggen alles.

Slechts enkele minuten van verschillende fantastische stranden, winkels en fantastische restaurants. Geniet van uw avondcocktail of koffie in de ochtend vanaf de beschutte veranda met een spectaculair uitzicht op een van de beste golfbanen van Florida, terwijl u geniet van enkele van de meest verbazingwekkende zonsondergangen die u ooit hebt gezien. Condo is onlangs geschilderd en opnieuw ingericht met comfortabel modern meubilair doorheen.

Woonkamer heeft lederen ligbank, samen met 60 "flatscreen smart-tv. Als je zin hebt om te eten, is de keuken goed ingericht en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt om een snack te maken voor het koken van een gastronomische maaltijd.

Dit is een derde verdieping appartement dat zorgt voor een beter uitzicht vanaf het balkon. Er is een lift als trappen een probleem zijn.

Fantastic Florida Stay
We spent a month in Jeff's condo and it was perfect! The 3rd floor location and west facing deck is key. We had a beautiful sunset every evening and a great view of the golf course. There are plenty of beaches around and the pool was great too. Shopping and restaurants are everywhere, yet the community is super quiet and relaxed. The condo has everything necessary to easily transition upon arrival. There were even extra batteries available for the remote! The kitchen is well stocked and there are plenty of pots, pans, and everything else you might need. The only thing I would bring next time are a few of own knives. The beds are very comfortable and we felt right at home. The listing and photos are exactly like what we found there. Most importantly, Jeff was easy to reach whenever we had any questions. We would love to return next winter!

Perfect Location & Great View
Second time we've stayed at this condo. It's in a great location for many different pretty walks and it's convenient to shopping. We love the 3rd floor unit, and really enjoy the sunsets, watching the golfers, and observing wildlife in the lakes. The host is very responsive and we would defiantly stay here again!

Convenient Location to resturants and the beaches!
Condo came equipped with all of the necessities. Exactly as how described. Jeff was very responsive to the two very small issues that we had during our stay. Condo is very convenient to shopping and the beaches. Wished that we had known that the golf course was hosting a LPGA qualifying round our first week's stay. They were out cutting the grass very early in the morning! (Around 5:00 am) Certainly no fault of the property though. Also, even though the condo was non-smoking, apparently some the neighbors didn't get the memo as we could occasionally smell cigarette smoke. Certainly not a show stopper though. All in all, a great place to spend a couple of weeks and we would definitely consider staying there again. Thanks Jeff, for being such a great host!

Great property
Great property with an awesome view of the golf course & the pond! Loved watching Wally Gator protecting his territory. The condo was very comfortable & well decorated. The grounds were well kept, the pool area was awesome & having a grill near by was perfect. We got our exercise by using the steps instead of the elevator cuz it was not working properly. We are considering moving to Venice, and selected this condo to spend the month of August. The location was great, and the condo was a perfect fit for exploring the area. What a great place to stay at a very fordable price. It is great for our family.
It was in a good location and really convenient to a lot of good eating and shopping. The beaches were about 20 minutes away with some maybe 30 to 40 minutes away depending on where you want to go. Overall it was a great property.

Great condo with wonderful view of golf course
The condo was perfect for us for a quick get away. It was very clean, updated, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. Jeff is very responsive in communicating. The view of the golf course is very nice and the walking areas around the area are great. We would say this is one of the nicest experiences we have had with VRBO. We hope to return again.
