Es stellte sich heraus, dass es sich um eine heruntergekommende Anlage und besonders das Apartment in einer ungünsigen Position ohne Grün und wenig Sonneneinstrahlung handelte. 'When we arrived at the location we struggled to find it as from the road the property looked abandoned. Once keys were handed over and we had a look around the villa does have lots of great character and the potential to be a fantastic holiday home but it does require a LOT of TLC.
