'I had a wonderful stay! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the location is perfect—just a short walk to town with the added bonus of free parking. It's an ideal spot for a budget-friendly night out, allowing you to enjoy yourself without worrying about getting home. Although the bathroom is shared, it was exceptionally clean, which was a pleasant surprise. This minor detail is the only reason for the 4-star rating. I will definitely be returning in the future!'

'I booked a room with shared bathroom and it turned out there was a mistake that the room was already booked. I got upgraded to a room with en-suite for free which was great. The room was very clean and nice. But the only strange thing is that I had to throw away the rubbish myself.'

'Stayed here 6 nights – it was perfect for visiting family/friends in the area. Also has bus at door to train stations, giving easy access to London. All new throughout, quality fittings, spacious, comfortable, stylish, very well equipped kitchen, parking on property behind locked gate, comfy beds, good bathrooms. Convenience store and good take-away food shop across the road. Easy drive to the delights of Kent. We loved it here – it was the perfect resting place after a busy road trip around...

'It was a lovely gated community , safe and serene surrounded by nature . A bit far from train station though if you don’t have a car . Harold wood station is 9 minutes drive where you can catch the Elizabeth Line . The only concern was that a fob should be given to long term guests to get in and out of the main gate , that was a hassle . Otherwise I would highly recommend this stay .'

'My wife and I enjoyed our stay here! The room is basic but equipped with all the essentials (private entrance, private bathroom, kitchen sink, and fridge). It’s perfect for use as a home base while spending your days out and about. It is very close to a bus stop, about a 4 min walk, which gives easy connection to the rest of the city. The family is very quiet and we were not disturbed at all during our stay. '
