Just a 1.5-hour drive from NYC, this relaxing vacation rental is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts! This 1,300 sq. ft. 3BR loft cabin provides space and comfort with stunning scenery.

This 1,300 sq. ft. 3BR stylish loft cabin is one of the most contemporary duplex cabin condominiums at the end of the complex, right next to Mountain Creek’s Triple Chairlift. It provides space and comfort with bright sunlight, beautiful sunsets, and stunning scenery. Ideal for 6 people but can accommodate up to 8 guests upon request.
The Living/Dining room areas feature two-story of high ceilings with 2 skylights, which gives bright and spacious atmosphere. With two Greenhouse Windows and sliding doors to a private balcony, it also offers magnificent panoramic mountain views and sunsets. The room is tastefully furnished with modern and artsy décor throughout, but the best highlight is the cozy Teddy Sofa, which is perfect for relaxing, socializing, and movie nights with a smart TV.
The dining area comes with a wood table with long seating benches to accommodate a group of guests, serving with the amazing panoramic views. The area can also serve as a co-working space during the day, while there's also a dedicated workspace with a wooden desk and Herman Miller Aeron chair, perfect for remote work with Wi-Fi.
The open kitchen, shared with the living and dining area, is fully equipped with all the basic cookware and appliances including a dishwasher, various knives, cutting boards, pans, pots, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and dishware.
Bedroom 1: Queen Bed
The specious main bedroom comes with a queen-sized bed, a full-sized closet and drawer dressers. It has direct access to a bathroom which also has another door to the hallway.
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed
This hidden gem is located secretly at the end of the kitchen. Featuring some artworks and vibrant colors, this Queen-sized bedroom with half-sized closet and drawer chest brings artsy vibes.
Bedroom 3 (Loft): King Bed
The Scandinavian themed loft bedroom in the upper loft has a King sized bed, drawer dressers and an arm chair and ottoman. It also comes with its own private bathroom and shower!
Additional 2 Guest - Living Room: Teddy Sofa
This cabin generally accommodates 6 people but Max 8 people can stay comfortably using Teddy Sofa Bed in the living room.
Teddy Sofa can turn out to 4 twin size mattresses to sleep 2 additional guests comfortably. (See the photo as an example of the layout) We provide bedding sheets to cover the sofa and comforters (depending on seasons) for the additional guests.
A private outdoor deck is an ideal place for morning coffee, catching sunsets, and stargazing in a hanging egg chair.
*The cabin also comes with a washer/dryer for all your laundry needs.

Guests have access to the entire rooms in the unit except owner's closets that are located nearby the entrance door and upstairs loft, both are locked.
There's also two doors in the kitchen area where water meter and gas meter are located. Those doors aren't locked but please do not touch them unless instructed.

* If you have guests younger than 23, please contact us first - do not proceed with Instant Booking! Identification will be required for booking. Children accompanied by a legal guardian are exempt.
- Please note, the cabin is NOT wheelchair accessible, and stairs are required for access. It is NOT suitable for people with mobility issues inside and out. There’s a spiral staircase in the unit so infants/toddlers must be monitored at all times to prevent any accidents.
- We are Japanese couple with a small child and always take off shoes inside of the house as a part of our culture. It is important for us to keep our home clean as a child-friendly space. We appreciate your cooperation and would need every guest member to agree and follow this house rule before booking our space. We provide complimentary disposable slippers to wear in the house per guest numbers.
- The property is heavily treated for pest controls on a regular basis, but you are in the woods after all! Please make sure to shut the screen doors at all times to prevent bugs from coming indoors/windows.
- This cabin is inside of a gated community, and we will need the car license plate number in advance for passes that will give you access to our place. The passes can be issued to up to 2 cars; any additional cars need to be parked in the free parking lot at Minerals Hotel, which is 3 min drive away/17 min walk from our cabin.

• Please take your shoes off inside the unit. We provide disposable slippers for guests.
• No animals or pets inside the unit due to severe allergies in the owner’s household. A $250 charge will be applied instantly if this rule is broken.
• No smoking or drugs in the unit.
• Always keep screen doors/windows closed when opening doors/windows to keep bugs out.
• Eat only in the kitchen, dining, or outdoor areas. Please do not eat on the living room couch or in the bedrooms.
• Don’t leave food outside on the patio as it attracts bugs and animals.
• No grilling is allowed in the community due to fire hazards and safety concerns.
• Don’t bring bicycles inside the unit.
• The locked owner’s closet is private – do not open.
• Please report any damages to the host immediately.
• The unit can accommodate up to 8 adult guests, and all must be included in the reservation. This applies to anyone entering the residence, not just those sleeping there. If your party exceeds this number due to children, please contact us.
If any rules are broken, we will charge you the cost for the repair/resolve the issue.
