'Property itself was ultra clean and the staff were amazing. The building is a little dated but perfectly functional. Unfortunately, the drawback of the area is that the beaches are mostly fully reserved for the entire season by Italians from the city and so it is almost impossible to get a place in any of the beaches even or of peak season'

'Gloria was a lovely, welcoming host who was very accommodating when we arrived late due to an accident on the road. The property was clean and well equipped for our needs in an excellent location. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t that good when we were there but we were able to drive to Pisa and Lucca for day trips. Our last day was sunny so we headed to the beach which was lovely and not too busy at this time of year. My only note would be that the single bed in the attic room is quite small...
