'This was a lovely efficiency condo in an excellent location. It was very clean. Tea, and coffee was a nice added touch. Everything we needed was included. Price was very reasonable. This condo can comfortably accommodate 2-3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The bed is very comfortable. I highly recommend this condo.'

'We brought our kids down for a few days over New Years. The location was perfect with the boardwalk and shops all right there. The house was beautiful, clean and had a great layout and space. The kids loved it, as did my wife and I. Would absolutely recommend this property. 'Very clean cute apartment with private entrance and porch. There was no drip coffee maker as mentioned, only a Keurig like machine. Parking on street was first come first serve and difficult to find a space sometimes. There was a door outside to a private laundry area that I thought was only for guests in house ( we did not use it) that was constantly slamming at all hours so I am not sure if there were other people using the area. Overall though was a nice area and cute property.'

'The property itself, and all the amenities were wonderful, and the communication with the property manager and the owner of the property were also so helpful. The location is so convenient to the beach and elevator service makes it very much easier for those with any physical disabilities. The studio was pristinely clean and had everything that we needed to make our stay wonderful ! We will definitely be back again !!'

'Place is close to boardwalk and downtown. Other comments had mentioned the noise of the amusement park, but we didn't find it bothersome. Hosts are super attentive, thanks very much!'

'This unit was super clean and modern, comfy bed, nicely decorated, nice sized fridge/freezer in the kitchenette. The info on how to access the unit is given prior to arrival so there is no check in desk to wait for anyone. Simply follow the directions in the correspondence they send you and your unit will be available to you. We loved the hotel style wheeled luggage rack to use to load our suitcases, hanging clothes and cooler on. Elevator to all floors is easy to use with the key they provide...

'Place was very clean and in perfect location to walk downtown or to the beach and boardwalk. Front porch was wonderful to enjoy morning coffee and an evening cocktail. Would definately stay here again.'

'This place was perfect for our end of summer escape! The home was lovely, exactly as described and pictured, clean, comfortable, and very well-stocked. We were within walking distance of everything for a perfect beach vacation. Check-in was super easy. The owners were very kind. We’re happy to have met them! We would happily stay here again!'

'Nice, clean place to stay with good proximity to various Cape May attractions. Reasonable distance to Wildwoods as well. Lots of nearby stores, Wawa, CVS, beer/wine, restaurants. We ate out entire week so we didn’t use stove, kitchen tools to rate, but assorted pots and pans, cups, utensils are available. Bay only 10 min walk, quiet, not crowded beach. Would stay here again! 'Be aware that there is on street parking that requires a permit from the city of Wilmington. Red Awni ng worked with me to resolve the issue but it took some time and a few texts to make it work.The on street parking placed me a block and half from the propery. No cost but need proof of renting the space. The GPS sent you down a one way street that does not bring by the front of the property. This was a problem finding the property after dark.
