'When we arrived the bell guys were very very friendly, the front desk ladies however can improve their hospetality skills. There are lots of screaming children everywhere in the hotel. Room was nice but the balcony had only room for 1 person? Breakfast options were nice but the smell was horrible. It smelled like a someone was having cheese fondue with raw fish. 'This hotel is much very nicely designed, it blends into the surroundings. The poo is really a lovely place at sunset and the barmen make very nice drinks. It has a parking inside. The room is clean and spacious and I could not hear any sound coming from the rooms next to mine. I would say the bed firmness on a scale from 1-10 (ten being like a door) is around 8, which i think is perfect. 'leuk resort, beetje afgelegen en eromheen weinig te doen, hadden een villa met eigen dipool, beetje anti gedateerd interieur, zeker geen 5 sterren waardig, strand, zwembad, en eten daar in tegen top. No casino , no golf club, no cars, no TV, only adults , landscaping lovingly maintained , but not excessively, super friendly staff, incredible massage team. 'This property has a certain charm, is very atmospheric with pretty gardens, but seems passed its prime. The room we were given smelled strongly of mold, the private pool was too gross to swim in, the small beach was not inviting and everything generally felt decrepit, dirty and in poor condition. After complaining and showing staff our issues with the room, we were eventually moved to another one which was much better. Our experience wasn't great but some may like it and staff was responsive....
