'They tell you that you have all these amenities or complimentary stuff but they leave out the important details. I had a gift certificate only to find out that you can only use at restaurants within the hotel and not when you check out to cover the room charges. The complimentary drinks, it does not state that you can only claim it at a specific restaurant. The complimentary massage, they would not even accommodate us for the whole time we were there. 'Crimson Spa & Resort is a great place to stay and enjoy some downtime. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bedding was clean and very comfortable. The grounds are well maintained with a natural flora theme. The pool is clean and refreshing with a beautiful view of the ocean. AKA restaurant features traditional Japanese selections that are delicious and wonderfully plated, some of the best Japanese food I have had.
