I had a gift certificate only to find out that you can only use at restaurants within the hotel and not when you check out to cover the room charges. The complimentary drinks, it does not state that you can only claim it at a specific restaurant. The complimentary massage, they would not even accommodate us for the whole time we were there. The service at the Aqcua restaurant was so great, each morning we were greeted with a warm welcome and they remembered our drink preference every time.
