I had a gift certificate only to find out that you can only use at restaurants within the hotel and not when you check out to cover the room charges. The complimentary drinks, it does not state that you can only claim it at a specific restaurant. The complimentary massage, they would not even accommodate us for the whole time we were there. 'I recommend this Hotel 8/10 only because getting there is very challenging, after you take an hour flight from Manila, you have to take a Taxi, than a boat ride, than another taxi! Once getting there it is wonderful, own little private beach and amazing staff.'

'Crimson Spa & Resort is a great place to stay and enjoy some downtime. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bedding was clean and very comfortable.
