## Space
As soon as you enter the huge open room on the ground floor of this beautiful villa built with a wooden frame, the cozy carpets, the numerous woodwork, the harmony of yellow, gray and black colors and the gentle heat of the pellet stove (in winter) will evoke the cocoon atmosphere of a mountain chalet.
In this cozy, warm and modern atmosphere, you will enjoy board games or good films on the huge sofa in the large lounge area, delicious dinners around the table in the dining room and aperitifs in its “wine bar” area.
Its kitchen, very contemporary and very well equipped (kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, citrus press, etc.) offers everything necessary for the preparation, conservation and tasting of the most typical dishes (raclette machine, for pancakes, fondue, etc.)
As for bedrooms, the house has three, each with an adjoining bathroom.
The bedroom, located upstairs, has a 180cm king-size bed and benefits from privileged access to the large covered balcony where you can enjoy the jacuzzi!
On the ground floor, you will find, on the one hand
- a bedroom with a queen size 160 cm bed and a small outdoor space just for you with table and chairs and on the other hand,
- a bedroom with a large convertible sofa (150 x 220 cm).
As a bonus, a games room (table football, board games) and sports room (bicycle, elliptical machine...) completes the already idyllic program of your vacation!
Outside, seated in one of the comfortable garden furniture or the hanging chair on the very large wooden terrace located to the west, you can enjoy a splendid view of the Epine massif!
A huge in-ground swimming pool measuring 4.5m x 9m (heated from April until October and equipped with a fully removable cover under which it will be easy to swim in all weathers), an outdoor dining room , a charcoal barbecue and numerous deckchairs will allow you to take full advantage of the beautiful season!
