'This home is located in a great spot directly across from the park playground and splash fountain. We could easily take out young kids there daily. The fenced in yard was great for kids and our dog. The kitchen was well stocked, the only down side to the home is the flooring is slanted in a couple spots. If that bothers you it may not be the best home, but to us it was fine being an older home and all. The originsL features were great! We would come back.'

'I loved the property and location except for the music from the restaurant that didn’t stop until after 11:00. The second floor room had hot air coming from the back of what looked like an in room air conditioner. I think the air was supposed to go outside through a vent…. So hot one of us had to sleep on sofa…. Also might co spider taking out small white bar and putting in a round table for eating and cards…sunsets were beautiful and we would co spider coming back. Oh also the golf cart might...

'This is a beautiful house and Nancy is an outstanding host. We enjoyed sitting by the pool and birdwatching. My wife wanted to take the scenic main room home with us. '

'Our second time staying at the house. We absolutely love the property and all its surrounding wildlife. Enjoyed spending time hiking, fishing, crabbing, and watching eagles flying over the water. The house is clean and well stocked, and the game room is a great place to spend time in the evenings or rainy days. The hosts are attentive and helpful. Looking forward to visiting again!'

Negative, house smells of pet urine, carpets had urine stains, kitchen floor was disgusting, utensils needed to be washed before using, dishwasher had food in the bottom. No dish washer detergent was provided. The back porch needs power washing and repair. There is no hot tub or jetted tub as advertised. It is a duplex… not a single family home '

'The condo is very cute with a wonderful kitchen. Very clean with a nice deck. Be aware that the deck faces out over a back alley. The only water view is from the deck on the roof, which is spectacular! The location is wonderful. You can walk to everything and all over the town. Beach is just down the street. The condo is between two buildings so both bedrooms look out at a brick wall. Lots of games provided. The bikes really don't work. Love the town and enjoyed great food. '

'The house is very nice. Kids said twin beds were fine. Master and downstairs beds very comfortable. Love that each bedroom has is own bathroom! Small kitchen but efficient enough though no garbage disposal. Overall our family had lots of fun and even times of relaxation '

'This was exactly what I was looking for. The Property is very private and the yard surrounding the house was huge. I found it comfortable and cozy. Randy was very accommodating and asked that you respected his property and clean up after yourself and your pets which is to be expected were I come from, a small ask. He had plenty to offer. The private dock and water access was perfect and being able to us his canoes and kayaks was a very nice extra. One of my favorite things was the very large...

'This house is nicely decorated and well appointed. The kitchen is fully furnished with all the necessary equipment and plate ware. The furniture is comfortable and high quality. The garages are also equipped with beach equipment, games, and an excellent golf cart (extra fee for use).'
