'Two requirements we have for VRBO stays: Must be clean and orderly; and convenient to local restaurants and activities. This unit met both with 5 STARS. This property is relatively new, very clean and organized. On the western edge of downtown Pensacola and very convenient. Great stay. Since we go to Pensacola often, we'll gladly stay again.'

'We were 3 couples, all family, and were very comfortable in the 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath, pet friendly vacation rental. Our rental was clean, with a well stocked kitchen as far as pots and pans, bakeware, grilling utensils, and dishes we needed for a thanksgiving dinner. The only drawback was that it was not directly on the beach. A designated beach access walkway would have been nice. '

'Hailey is a wonderful host. She will communicate with you through vrbo messages about the process of checking in. The house is very clean and organize. They have soap and shampoos furnished in every bathroom. They have a cute little coffee bar in between the kitchen and dining area. Each bedroom has its own characteristics. They also have a crib in one of the bedroom if you have a little one. They also have plenty of board games. We really enjoyed our visit. We will book again in the future....

'This is a steal for the price! We spent a week here, and it definitely had everything we needed. There were a few things I had questioned and the host was amazing at responding and fixing any issues( the kids didn’t rinse off before getting in the pool so it became cloudy) he was very nice and made sure that we had everything we needed for our trip! The only thing that I could possibly say and it would be more of a suggestion than anything, maybe hang some string lights outside while you are...
