'Got put into an uncleaned room. Complained and the woman behind the frontdesk didn’t want to do anything about it. Acted like there was no other room in the hotel I could sleep in. Unfriendly and uninterested during both check-in and my complain. '

'We stayed in the detached loft building. It was clean and just what we needed. Our two double bed room was pretty small. Bathroom was also small. about the only complaint was with the hvac setup. It wasn’t really all that clear which baseboard electric units for heat were supposed to actually work. There’s a thermostat on the wall, but only the one by the door was functional; two were cold. There’s also a window unit, but I’m guessing that was for summer air conditioning. Some in-room literature...

'Drive-up motel entrance so we can go in and out of room close to car and not have steps or lobby to contend with. We could bring our ski gear in easily to room. Very clean, everything we needed, great king mattress, hot water, good heat. You do need earplugs because of the truck traffic that downshift in front of motel, and if you are a light sleeper, it could wake you in the early morning. '
