'This place is INCREDIBLE!!! We have little kids, a teenager, a senior and two adults in the family and EVERYONE absolutely LOVED it! We can't wait to go back! This will definitely be our go to spot when visiting St Louis. The host was extremely communicative. There was plenty of space for everyone. It is decorated incredibly, everyone got a kick out of it! 'We stayed at Barsala at Ballpark Heights during the Arch Madness basketball tournaments. This was convenience since as we were right next to Ballpark Village and within walking distance of the Enterprise Center. Upon arrival, we were without a few essential amenities; however, a quick text resolved that and those essentials were provided rather quickly.'

'We stayed here for the weekend to attend a wedding. The apartment was clean and decent. The living room area was a bit crowded but the bedrooms were pretty spacious. I would suggest that they either install or provide a gate at the top of the steep narrow stairway that leads to the main entrance. We had a two year old who made us nervous all weekend ! Street parking was always available. We had a pleasant stay with no issues. '

'Nice location and good communication with property owner. Listing needs updating. Some information is inaccurate. The instructions about use of the TV have nothing to do with the remote controls provided. We were a party of 5, but the property sleeps 12. Oddly, there were only 2 plates and 2 forks in the house. Strange. Likewise, furniture needs to be replaced. The chairs and couch swallow you, as the armature is clearly broken down. That said, this is a decent place to stay if you want...

'Second time we’ve stayed at this property, two different units. We found the units to be exceptionally clean. Building and amenities (pool and gym) are very nice. There are good spots to use for work with enough privacy for video calls. Secure parking, nice neighborhood. Host (Jordan) is very responsive. Only issue we had was a minor problem with one toilet, which was fixed very quickly. Clear instructions for arriving and departing. Host also texted occasionally to make sure everything was...

'Overall Joe is a great communicator, I had family come up and just messed my name up completely. You try to do stuff for your family and then they turn around an do exactly what you say not to do. Now I see why no one rents to locals cause of BS like this. Once again Sorry for the disrespect to you your neighbors and home.'
