'This is was complete disappointment. I ended up eating the costs of just checking out early. The bar basically had nothing stocked. The restaurant menu was subpar. The bartender was unprofessional, disrespectful and abrasive. I have stayed at motels with better people and amenities than this. '

'The roach problem was discovered on our first day at the motel. The bedding was clean but the mattress sucked. Cleaning was done only at a cursory level. Once 11:00 am rolled around, the attitude of the staff changed from bad to worse; like they couldn’t wait to see you leave. Granted, if you had a problem that would have you stay longer and gives them more money, they would begrudgingly work with you, but only so far. Then they just call the police on you. 'Safe was exceptionally kind and responsive. There was a small issue with the room which the team addressed immediately - even though everyone was very busy - the hotel was sold out that night. The brunch at the on-site restaurant was phenomenal. A great stay. Will be back.'
