'The water pressure in the shower was horrible I felt dirtier getting out than I did going in The hallway smelt like complete garbage there was no microwave no coffee maker no refrigerator The air conditioner did not work I would never stay there again'

'As we pulled up to the hotel, I was stunned to see that the physical building contains no signage. Upon check-in, there was a delay with somebody coming to the desk. On my second night there were a number of small children running around the halls unattended and almost knocked me down. I noticed numerous rooms with the sliding screen doors off the track. On each of the evening’s going into the back entrance, I was greeted by people smoking marijuana.'
