Mooi 3 verhaal Divers vakantieparadijs !!!

Bijna te mooi om waar te zijn !!! 3 verhaal 2300 vierkante voet appartement met walk out patio naar lager zwembad. Bovenste zwembad bij complex ligt op slechts een steenworp afstand met een prachtig uitzicht op de oceaan. Houten pad leidt je rechtstreeks naar de oceaan met directe toegang tot de droomwereld van een duiker. Geniet van snorkelen, duiken, kajakken, paddleboarden of neem gewoon een verfrissende duik in de oceaan, allemaal te huur bij de accommodatie. Bij interesse kunnen ook duiklessen worden georganiseerd. Voor uw gemak zijn er buitendouches en een spoelstation voor duikuitrusting. Kortingstanks en -gewichten zijn 24/7 beschikbaar voor gasten. Een van de beste offshore-duikplekken op het eiland. Slechts vijf minuten rijden naar het wereldberoemde Seven Mile Beach !!! Seven Mile Beach is heel gemakkelijk te bereiken en er zijn voldoende strandhanddoeken beschikbaar in de flat. Supermarkt en slijterij net op de weg. Vele beroemde restaurants in de West Bay Area. 20 minuten rijden van Owen Robert's International Airport. Gasten ontvangen ook 10% korting bij het boeken van watergerelateerde activiteiten via Stingray WaterSports!

Eerste verdieping - Open concept met volledig ingerichte keuken, granieten werkbladen en roestvrijstalen apparaten. Damestoilet, eethoek en comfortabele woonkamer met een 55 inch flatscreen-tv (dvd's, boeken, bordspellen beschikbaar voor gebruik). Schuifdeuren openen naar terras en lager zwembad.

Tweede verdieping - 2 slaapkamers en 2 volledige badkamers. Een slaapkamer heeft 2 aparte bedden en de andere slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed en een tweeling. Beide slaapkamers hebben voldoende kastruimte en er is een wasmachine en droger op dit niveau.

Derde verdieping - kingsize bed en een eenpersoonsbed, een flatscreen-tv, een complete badkamer en een grote inloopkast.

Great for diving!
This property met our needs for our dive trip and for that we would all say it’s perfect! And while the condo itself checked all the boxes it was just alittle underwhelming. Within in the community this particular property is not on the ocean or even have an ocean view…which is slightly misleading from the pictures. There are two sets of condos each with a pool and this is the smaller one of the two more inland. The patio space is quite small but worked for our family of five and we especially loved it for all our scuba gear. O2 tanks onsite and the property manager was very kind and helpful! We all agreed that the beds were what took away a star…they just really were cheap and uncomfortable with just a bedspread and no blanket or comforter. Things like new bedding, towels and decor could go a long way here. Having said that…I get it because it’s a rental, just know what you’re getting…it’s not a high end condo. Fortunately we were there for the diving which didn’t disappoint!! Shore diving right off the property and along this stretch of island was great…night dives were also excellent! So if you’re going for the divingENJOY!!!

Fantastic stay in West Bay!
We had a fantastic stay. Great unit with everything we needed. Very clean. Everyone was super responsive but we had no major issues. If I had one minor thing may be that the beds are firm and could use an upgrade, but everything was really fantastic. We were divers so we used the dive shop by Macabuca Restaurant. The group did shore dives and snorkeling right from the restaurant. There are convenient dunk tanks at the end of the road as well as a ladder to get in the water. The pool is right outside your door. We rented a car and drove all around the Island. I highly recommend this unit! Michele the owner was excellent and very communicative.

Family Dive Vacation to Grand Cayman
Wonderful vacation in Grand Cayman! Everything about the condo was exactly as advertised. 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths and 1 1/2 bath, plenty of space. Kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. Condo opened onto patio area and pool. And scuba diving site was in the back yard. Owner was super helpful and on-island property manager was there as needed. My family would definately stay here again.

**Amazing Location!!**
Perfectly located within walking distance of Turtle Center and Macabuca (favorite dining spot - stunning sunsets). Many activities are a walk or short drive. The house reef is spectacular with rays, turtles, lobsters, and crabs. The tanks/showers/wash station were very handy for diving. Both pools were delightful. The one closest to our unit felt private, often with no one else around, while the other pool offered an ocean view and spa. The home was clean, spacious, and well-maintained with a good layout for our group. Wifi was strong inside and by the pool. The kitchen was well-stocked, though a chef’s knife would be a great addition. Note: the 3rd-floor bedroom lacks a door = less ideal for light sleepers but offering privacy. Washer/dryer = bonus! Bedrooms could benefit from better room-darkening options; light-sensitive guests might need an eye mask. The children’s bedroom blinds were stuck, letting in too much morning light = overtired kids. Property manager fixed upon his return from being off island. Patio area had a nice pool view and useful drying racks (more wetsuit hangers please). However, ongoing pergola repairs caused debris and noise during much of our stay. On quieter days, the patio was a peaceful retreat. Grounds were lovely. We felt safe walking to nearby attractions. While a safe for valuables would be nice, it wasn’t necessary. Fantastic stay with a great location, layout, and amenities. Would love to return once the pergola repairs are complete!!

Our stay at this beautiful property sadly came to an end today. As I’m sitting back at home in 45* rainy weather, I am reminiscing on the memories our small family made this past week. Our two adult children joined us on this trip. We had more than enough room in the house. We loved the outside area, including the pools, gazebo, coral area out front-Wow!!! Right down the street we walked to Macabuca several times, and then journeyed to the Dolphin Center and the Turtle Center. The sunsets are amazing right in the backyard! We hope to return to Grand Cayman one day and would love to stay at Coconut Bay.

Best Location on the Island
We had an amazing stay at Michele's condo. There was tons of space for our family. Our children really enjoyed the pools and we enjoyed the amazing shore diving. Duncan the property manager was fantastic - we booked him for a boat tour and he took us to some 'locals only' type spots - we had the best time.

A week in Paradise
The entire family enjoyed our time at Coconut Bay. From diving to pools to just plain relaxing - there was something for everyone. This condo had an amazingly well-equipped kitchen- which us is a blessing since we eat in most meals. The condo was very clean, and the property manager was very responsive, thank you, Duncan. We like the peacefulness of the West End, but yet convenient to Georgetown. Quiet, clean and safe- what more could you ask for on holiday? I recommend this property.

Coconut Bay Villas in West Bay
The three story townhouse unit was wonderful! My husband and I brought our son, his wife and their 3 teens to Grand Cayman for spring break. The condo was very clean and accommodated all of us very well. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us. The kitchen had all the pots, pans, dishes, silverware and glasses we needed. It was a quick drive to the grocery store and down town George Town. We snorkeled a few steps away from our unit and enjoyed the pool right outside our patio. The owner was very responsive to all our questions. We absolutely loved the place and are already talking about returning in the future. I highly recommend this facility.

Great Location and Quiet Family area!
This is a great location on the North West area close to the Turtle Center, grocery, and several dining options without having to go to SMB! Great diving and snorkeling access to the water and a small beach to watch the sunsets, and access to a freshwater shower to rinse off. The patio was perfect for just relaxing and enjoying the pool! the kitchen was well stocked and we loved the layout with 3 1/2 bathrooms! Duncan the property manager was wonderful to work with and Michele, the Host was great to communicate with! She responded quickly and always had info for us! We had a wonderful stay and would stay here again!

Beautiful relaxing vacation
The property worked great for our family. There was plenty of space for the 5 of us to spread out in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Beaches and other activities and restaurants were a short drive a way and the pools on site were a great way to relax at the end of the day.a beautiful place. Hope to come back again someday!

We could not have been happier with the whole process of booking and staying at Coconut Bay. Michelle, the host, was most helpful in navigating the hassles of planning with Covid still in play. What started as a Christmas getaway turned out to be an Easter stay. The condo was in excellent condition and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay-fully stocked kitchen, dishes, beach towels, outdoor grill. The on site manager was very helpful setting up water gear and water adventures. All in all a great place to stay!!!

Perfect for our family
The condo was clean, comfortable, spacious, and attractive. It was close to great diving, grocery store, and other conveniences. Pool area was attractive and well maintained. The owner and property manager were very responsive in answering questions about local beaches, diving, and restaurants, and responding quickly when two of our bathtubs weren't draining properly. We would definitely come here again and hope to do so once this coronavirus thing runs its course!

Fabulous Trip
This was a really nice Condo. The location for diving was perfect! My husband and son dove off of the shore everyday. The Cracked Conch is right next door and has great food and drinks. There is a beautiful public beach that is about a five minutes drive and we had the beach to ourselves. We will definitley go back.

Fantastic Girl's Getaway
Our trip to Grand Cayman was amazing and the location of the property was ideal for our week long girl's getaway. It was far enough away from busy 7 Mile Beach, but close enough for us to enjoy the best parts of the area. The short walk to Macabuca and Cracked Conch was an added bonus. The only issue we had with the unit was that the property was not cleaned well, some starter items we expected were not there and a few of the tubs didn't drain properly. When Curly stopped to check on things he quickly took care of the issues and even scrubbed the grill which we used many times over the week. Thanks also to Curly for introducing us to Captain Shaun Ebanks who provided us with a private boat tour of Stingray City, Coral Gardens and Starfish Point after the cruise ship crowds had left. I would definitely return to this property in the future.
