'My husband, dogs, and I stayed for a long weekend in Oct 2024 so we could do hiking trips with out a long commute from our home on upper Cape. It was an ideal location to go to Race Point Beach, Nauset Beach, and Chatham. The property was immaculate, pictures shown absolutely represent the charm of the property. Lots of little extras like a bag of dog treats, bottles of water, kcups, etc. They even had towels & blankets for dogs. Bathrobes to use the jacuzzi. We used the jacuzzi out last...

'Nice upper suite. Clean rooms. It was nice that linens were provided. It had a small mini fridge and small microwave stacked on a table. A table to sit at would have been nice. 2 small mugs and 2 plastic wine glasses were supplied as well. I stayed for 6 nights so I just kept rinsing out my mug. 2 separate AC units provided comfortable temperature. Nice quiet area. The deck was nice. It was wet from condensation in the morning and then hot in afternoon with full sun so I didn’t use it. ...

'We thoroughly enjoyed our one-month stay in Brewster. The house is beautifully decorated, with a fully equipped kitchen and Weber gas grill. The host provides timely responses to inquiries and is very accommodating. We especially loved the proximity to the 25-mile Cape Cod Rail Trail for running, walking & biking, and the wild turkeys who wandered through the yard. We would highly recommend this property for your next vacation!'

We need a lot of bedroom and bathroom space to accommodate our group and because we are gathering to prepare full thanksgiving meal we also need a kitchen with space. The many bedroom options and 2 kitchens worked great for us! House was clean and location was beautiful on the pond! We would stay again and found everything to be easy and no issues to report. '

'I booked this listing for a short getaway with my wife. The home was exactly as the listing described. About a 10 minutes walk to the beach and a 20 minutes walk to downtown hyannis. We ended up driving to downtown, plenty of free parking. The beds were softer than we typically prefer but that's subjective . Our host was accommodating and responsive and even allowed an early check in. I would recommend staying here!'

'Girls long weekend - this place was perfect for us. Typical older Cape cottage walking distance to the bay. Big table inside and another big table outside on the shady deck. Easily sat the 7 of us for meals and games. Roomy bedrooms, good beds (although best to bring your own pillow). Nothing fancy, but we found the place comfortable and serviceable. 'This house was perfect for our stay in Cape Cod with our family of 5 which includes 3 adult children. It is centrally located to everything we wanted to see. Nice and close to 3 beaches with about a 10-15 minute drive. The house itself was clean with a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of pot, pans and utensils. The only thing missing was utensils for the grill but we made do. There was a ring camera on the back deck which I guess is for security. All in all we had a great stay at this home and...
