'Hotel has a beautiful carved maple lobby, beautiful view of the illinois river & friendlt and accomodating staff. Rooms are nice. Some of the hallways etc could use some updating. Nice and quiet with excellent complimentary coffee in the mornings. Irish pub within walking distance as well as excellent pizza at Hoops Pizza and beer. Also located next to I 74 with wasy access'

'Was an amazing room. Heat was for sure working well. Only recommendation would be adding seals around the doors'

'The rooms and property were clean and everything worked as it should. The staff was helpful and friendly. The only downside was that the hotel could use some updating and the breakfast could have a better variety. Having said this, I would stay here again.'

'Waited 30 minutes at front desk for check in. Had to call some 800 number that then told us to wait one more minute. Ended up standing up front for almost an hour before someone finally came to check us in'
