'I booked this hotel as a surpise for my parents. I also booked the pick up at the airport. Wow they said they had a great experience. The pick up was great! And the checkin made them feel very special. They got a free upgrade and this made their weddinganniversary even more special. The hotel is so clean, outstandig. 'Second time staying at this excellent hotel. The rooms are large and comfortable and the three swimming pools are all very clean and lovely to use. The staff really go the extra mile to make your stay memorable. Always smiling and friendly and happy to take time to chat with the guests. The food is wonderful and the head chef takes great pride in his work. He is also very accommodating and happy to take on any challenges if you want something that’s not on the menu. 'The main building was beautiful with high arched ceilings. It was beautifully decorated and fresh flowers daily. The water features were lovely, with some large fish in some. The restaurant we used was the large one down stairs. We used the smaller room off the main as it was air-conditioned and less busy. 'Prachtig hotel,geweldige service maar het blijft een beetje op z'n Indisch,wordt wel tijd dat de kamers een renovatie ondergaan en daar zijn ze dan ook mee bezig. Ligt echt in een geweldig domein aan het rustige strand van bambolim.'
