'Crap hotel. How did the Radisson put their name behind it? Itchy sheets, awful mattress, horrendous breakfast, paper plates, plastic cutlery, everything throwaway. What did I Pay so much for?? Never staying there again. '

'We stayed one night at this hotel to attend the Polar Express event. The breakfast was decent, although there wasn’t enough gravy for the biscuits, which was a bit disappointing. My daughter doesn’t drink juice, so we had to improvise by finding some milk from the cereal station for her, which worked but wasn’t ideal. Unfortunately, we left right after breakfast due to inclement weather, Overall, it was a fine experience, though a few small improvements could make it better.'

'It was clean, it was quiet, it was in a great location to interstate road. Staff was great, it just seemed a little...old or something. I was impressed with the walk in shower.'

'The dinner had excellent food. All the staff members were so helpful and the room was so clean you would have thought we were the first guests to use the room! The next time we visit family we will definitely stay at this hotel.'

'Never felt so peaceful at a hotel.. the view was tranquil and lovely, I could hear the waterfall from my balcony. The food at the restaurant was just ok, but the room and amenities were great. Would stay again, clean lovely room, slept like a baby. '
