'Overall the place is wonderful and we enjoyed the amenities. My teenaged boys enjoyed the game room, pool at night, beach, fire pit. I loved the bed, having a kitchenette, and the coffeemaker. Much better than a typical hotel version. I’d caution using suite 10 for more than two people. The sleeper was what you’d expect a sleeper to be - not comfortable! The bed is amazing though. The bathroom could use more hooks for drying beachwear. I think instructions or information in general could be...

'The house is quaint with historical charm. By all accounts the beds were comfortable. We stayed in the winter and so can't speak to the outside amenities. We also didn't travel into town, so I can't speak to that either. The only criticism is that the elders in the family had a hard time finding the house as it is back off the road and the numbers are nailed up on a tree. Admittedly, I also had a moment looking for the house, but I was looking during daylight hours so it was easier to find....

'Planned a trip for my family post-Christmas to just get away, and had a GREAT time. This location is perfect -- it's close enough to walk to ALL the shops and restaurants downtown ( 5 min walk), but far enough that there's not the noise or the street traffic. The house itself was charming and we LOVED the Bose sound system. We appreciated the little touches, like the board games in the closet, well stocked coffee supplies, etc. Will definitely be back! '

'We stayed here for 5 nights for my sister's wedding. I received check-in details via text, which was very convenient. The step-by-step (with photos) of how to get to the unit were extremely helpful and easy to follow. I don't think we would have made it otherwise! The apartment was spacious and clean. Three large bedrooms, two good size bathrooms, and even a full in-unit laundry room. I'd recommend Unit 1111 (where we stayed) for sure!'

'Nearly perfect for our family needs.'

'The property was lovely, quiet and clean- must be fairly new to rental market still needed a couple things. Communication with rental group was very delayed or None existent. I had to directly contact host who called immediately. Met another renter at the pool who stated she’s stayed in neighborhood twice and both times communication was awful. We were never told about a fob needed to get into pool ( she waited 6 hours for a response and told me). We searched the house and finally found it. '

'We loved our stay. The house was huge and had plenty of space for everyone. We loved that we could separate the early risers from the late sleepers. The pool was the best part!'

'This property is amazing! It was such a comfy, cozy home to stay in. The pool room was absolutely spectacular, my entire family loved the pool and hot tub. '

'Much privacy. Short walk to restaurants and shops. Bed was comfortable. Couch was uncomfortable. Would be nice to have parking space next to the house.'

'The condo is spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed it. Access to the pool and hot tub is nice and it's walkable to downtown. The only suggestion I would make is for the kitchen to be better supplied. There weren't any dishes that were microwave safe except coffee mugs and no other cookware such as a casserole dish or cookie sheet. The multitude of towels was greatly appreciated as well as the toiletries. Highly recommend. '
