'Our second time at this lovely property. It’s very comfortable, staff is friendly. Kitchen is fully stocked. Other conveniences provided for the pool and the lake. We are grateful to the owners for making our time here special '

'This property ticked off all of our boxes for a great vacation!! We were at this rental for one month and never tired of the great views. There were numerous birds during our stay, and one day we had around a dozen monkeys visit us and came feed in the trees which were very close to the casa. Were able to get a lot of good photos. Also enjoyed watching the divers snorkeling in Paradise Bay for lobster or sometimes they were fishing. There are great steps (100 or so) down to the shoreline below...

'The house was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 4 teenagers with beds to spare. Great view from the deck, and a very quiet neighborhood. El Gigante was a short drive and is the kind of non touristy village we were looking for. Loved it.'

'First, Francisco, the onsite care taker, and his patrol lab Mayo, are a wonderful oversight of the property. What I always fear is a noisy, dog barking place and this is as quiet as can be. The pool and palapa offer wonderful relaxation. You are on a hill and at 70 years old did not mind the walk to the beach club at the bottom... 500 meters with incline. We had their recommended driver, Gaby Transportation shuttle us to beaches and to and from Managua, again competent and reliable. We had to...

'Our stay here was AMAZING! The house was very clean and the staff (Allan and his wife, Leticia) were super helpful. They cooked us some delicious dinners and were very attentive to all our Needs. The pool is great, we had some amazing sunsets and We were a short walk to Remanzo beach. We went for my sister’s 40th birthday and there were 13 of us, the house was super spacious and just so Comfortable. We made some amazing memories here and hope to be back soon'

'The house is well laid out and is beautiful. Sitting up on the roof is incredible. You can take a dip at the end of the day or just chat while sitting on the edge of the pool. Great. '

'We loved our stay at Rancho Majagual!! I traveled with a large group, and we took over the whole property. The beach and surrounding areas were among the most beautiful I've ever been to. Very private and protected, but plenty of other beaches to explore nearby on foot. The property manager and concierge really understood our group's needs, and went out of their way to accommodate us. As is typical for the region, there were a few quirks with plumbing, etc, but that's to be expected. We loved it...

'This is my second time staying at this beautiful home in San Juan del Sur. My family and I had a great time during our way too short 3 night stay. We loved hanging out by the pool, played table games, read books while relaxing on the hammock, cooked and made awesome memories. 'this is ridiculous because when you search for property it say 30 people but they aloud only 13 , adiccional person cost more ,plus we wait for the people who live there to receive everything and they say everything is ok after i got charge ridiculous amount for a broken pool chair, that we never saw the picture'

'The roads leading to the property are dirt roads that during the winter months in Nicaragua are inpassable. That was not mentioned on the online listing, we had to cut our vacation short becuase the SUV's we rented couldn't make it to the property. The property owner wants to give us only 50% of what we payed, that is unacceptable. The owner hasn't reach out, doesn't care and didn't care the day we tried getting to the property. The owner just said, the "roads get really bad when it rains" she...

'Everything we needed. A lot of room. Two kitchens became handy. There were eight of us and we all had our own bed and rooms with more left over. Half of us could go to the bathroom at the same time.The pool was well maintained and refreshing. Would go back tomorrow if I could. The lagoon is a little farther down the hill than picture shows. ' We celebrated my husbands 80th birthday in San Juan delSur. His 8 siblings and extended family and friends , a group of 25, stayed in condos close by CASA 72.CASA 72 was the perfect location forthe 9 of us as we were footsteps from the beach and restaurants. It was conveniently located to various shuttle services so day trips to zip lining, beaches,OmeTepe, Grenada etc.Luis and his wife welcomed us back home every time. They took such great care of us and were always quick to offer any help...

'We stayed at the Villa for a week and it is even more beautiful in person than on the pictures. The staff were very helpful. We had request a cook for the week and it was really a blessing to have her. The villa is well divided to host a groupe while making sure everyone as is privacy. I strongly recommend!'

'This property could not have been more perfect for us! We loved it from the moment we drove through the gates and parked. Right away, you are facing the house, the pool and the Pacific Ocean -- all just steps away! We were immediately caught up in that beautiful view! The house was extremely clean and was 100% ready for our arrival. I would be remiss if I didn't mention Freddy and Jayme, who are the most WONDERFUL caretakers of the property.
