'This home was just what our group of 16 needed to find rest, reconvene from the day’s activities, and prepare for all the next day’s activities. The town of Monroe was a great place to stay as it was centrally located for all the places we visited. '

'The view was so good I never turned the TV on once during my stay! I was in town for a wedding and having such a clean, comfy, convenient, and well-apportioned accommodation only added to the joy of the occasion. 'Beautiful property, with cozy linens in every room, incredibly well maintained property, and lovely views. The welcome book had clear instructions, there were great lawn games, lots of suggestions to eat too. The icing on the cake was the welcome basket, complete with Halloween treat bag for our little one! '

'This was a great rental in the heart of Beacon. Situated on main street we could walk to almost everything. Well outfitted apartment with all the amenties down to a white noise machine. Great to be able to do a load of laundry right on the apartment. Definitely would rent again. Host was super responsive.'

'this house was AMAZING and met every one of our needs and exceeded our expectations. we had 3 children and 19 adults and every person was comfortable. the kids area was perfect and we barely saw them. we already started talking about what we can do next to to have an excuse to stay in the houee again. 'Our family went to the Hudson Valley area for a wedding. Pre stay communication with Malka was excellent and we all had a wonderful time. Lots of room for the kids to play and be entertained downstairs as well as upstairs in the Projection Room. The backyard was a great soccer area and the fire pit was great to sit around at night. Firewood on site was a real plus! I do recommend to anyone doing substantial cooking for many people to bring their own favorite pots and pans if possible though...

I really appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was with pots and pans that you can actually cook with compared to most VRBO's. Only drawback is that the area isn't really walkable. Busy road with minimal shoulder and you can't get down to the pond. We drove to a number of great hikes in the area though. 'We booked a weekend away to celebrate family birthdays and were very happy to celebrate in such a special place. There was plenty of room for 11 of us (+ dog) and was a mix of modern touches and old world charm highlighting the legacy of the house. And the view of the Hudson was a highlight of our stay. 'We had a wonderful stay at the Contemporary Cozy Cottage! Very modern amenities and appliances, and the kitchen had everything we needed!! Nadia always responded promptly, and answered all of my questions. The Cottage is located close to just about everything in the Peekskill, Cortlandt Manor, and Yorktown Heights area. And I would definitely recommend a short drive to the charming little town of Cold Spring which is not too far away. Thank you Nadia!'

"I came to Central Valley for a wedding and arrived after midnight to check-in. There is no one at the service desk to help to check in, instead there is a phone number on the door to call. I redialed the number for half an hour in a row before someone finally picked up. They send somebody in pajamas to the front desk to check me in. I went to the room which was just filthy and dusty. I wanted to complain to change the rooms but could not get a hold of anyone. The towels where damp, old, flinsy and all had different shades of white/light gray. The shower curtain certainly has not been changed the last few times as it was disgusting (see picture) dust everywhere, body hairs on the sheets, dirty sink etcetera. It is as if they clean the rooms quickly and shallow between the guests. Never again."
